Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Junior Order Desk Representative to join our Hinton, AB location.
Key Responsibilities include:
As a Junior Order Desk Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate product and pricing information
- Data entry and coordination with internal departments
Qualifications include:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Customer service or admin experience is a plus
- Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., email, MS Office)
- Order Desk: 1 year experience (preferred)
