Barons longest serving employee, Colleen loves the beach but substitutes that for golf greens whenever she can. Colleen has been carrying Baron’s torch since 1987 and during that time has championed many changes.
Through-out her tenure at Baron she has actively participated in the functions of most every department. In 1996 she spearheaded Baron’s Quality Assurance Program and still champions its policies and procedures today. Colleen played a vital role in Baron’s Safety Program, Overseeing the programs structure, ensuring that processes were both compliant as well as compatible with operations. 2014 ushered in the next phase of responsibility with the appointment of Operations Manager. She currently is involved in all things organizational, helps to build Corporate Policy, streamline operations, oversee administrative functions, and support branch locations in daily operational activity.

Working as a key member of the Head Office Managerial team, Colleen ensures processes remain relevant, operations are effective and team members are kept informed and engaged.
Since 1987, she has been dedicated to the success of Baron. She augments transitions, helping to maintain effective workflow that warrants comprehensive processes.
