Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Assistant Manager to join our Whitecourt, AB location. This role supports the day‑to‑day operations of the branch while working closely with the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will help enhance productivity, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall performance and effectiveness of the team.
Key Responsibilities include:
As a Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service
- Support employees in daily operational tasks
- Assist in setting and achieving branch sales targets
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable insights
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications include:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of industrial products and related applications
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Competence in reading budgets and forecasting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sales experience is considered an asset
