Overview:
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Office Administrator to join our Fairview, AB location on a part-time/casual basis. This role supports the organization by delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining daily reception tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Data entry
- Scanning invoices
- Helping with A/R & A/P Support
- Duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Experience within an administrative environment
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Payables is considered an asset
- Excellent self-motivation
