Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Office Administrator to join our Fairview, AB location on a part-time/casual basis. This role supports the organization by delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining daily reception tasks.

Key Responsibilities include:

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Data entry
  • Scanning invoices
  • Helping with A/R & A/P Support
  • Duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

  • Experience within an administrative environment
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Payables is considered an asset
  • Excellent self-motivation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
