Brief Description:
The role involves processing customer orders, providing product information, and supporting the daily operations of the order desk.
Basic computer skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate product and pricing information
- Data entry and coordination with internal departments
- General administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Customer service or admin experience is a plus
- Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., email, MS Office)
